A 3 day cleanse is an excellent mini reboot. It is a popular choice for those that are time poor and health aware. 3 day cleanses can also be strung together to make a 6 day cleanse. When you book your 3 day cleanse aim to drop your "bad" habits at least a few days prior to get the most from your cleanse. The 3 days goes by quickly and is best continued by making alkaline diet choices the day before and the day after for a solid 5 days of "clean" living! Sound good? Remember that this does not replace the need for a full cleanse at different times in your life, but rather offers you another option for the busier times in your life.

A mini cleanse can be done for 3 or 5 days. You get 4 juices plus an elixir for each day of your mini cleanse. The cost is $50/day plus delivery. And, if you order more than one to the same address, only one delivery is charged. Think about this for you and your work colleagues? A mini cleanse is perfect for the busy executive who can't fit a full cleanse in due to professional dinner engagements
It is also great to incorporate it on a weekly basis by going with a real "alkaline" diet the day prior, then mini cleanse and return to "alkaline" the day after. That still leaves a couple days in the week to play and introduce more "acid forming" choices. It is a wonderful way to include raw, alive, fresh fruit and vegetable juice in your diet on a weekly basis and in between cleanses. Daily Juice Pack

You can order juices in packs of 3 and 6 and smoothies in packs of 2. Do this by selecting "Juice Pack" instead of a daily cleanse plan. Continue through the order form by selecting "pick up or delivery". Choose the "date" remember that all juice is delivered the day PRIOR between 4-8 unless specific instructions are provided. Then select the juice you would like under the "juice" menu. The pack prices are listed under the "?" on the JUICE tab. All juice is bottled in 500 ml glass jars unless otherwise specified. All juice has a 3 day shelf life and smoothies have a 2 day shelf life. This is also a perfect way for those of you familiar with cleansing to "create" a custom cleanse by choosing approximatly 6 botles/day for 3 days.
